How to exercise your rights:

Account data (name, email address): accounts are created and managed in the Flowscore competition software, not in the Flowscore mobile app. To access, correct, or delete your account data, please use the competition software directly, or email privacy@lyra-sports.com.
Analytics opt-out: you can disable usage and diagnostic data collection at any time using the Analytics toggle in the app’s Settings.
Data export: to request a portable copy of your data, email privacy@lyra-sports.com.

When using Lyra Sports’ services your data may be transferred and/or processed by organisations outside of the European Union, when such processing occurs Lyra Sports has put appropriate safeguards in place to guarantee your rights and freedoms, primarily through standard contractual clauses.

Lyra Sports will remove data once the purpose it was collected for is no longer relevant, such as when you unregister with us or cancel your business relationship with us.

Flowscore Mobile App

The Flowscore mobile app is a companion to Lyra Sports’ competition software, allowing athletes, judges, volunteers, and other participants to view their competition schedule, role assignments, and results.

Account & authentication data

When you log in to the Flowscore app, Lyra Sports processes the following data:

Name
Email address
Session and authentication tokens

Accounts are created and managed in the Flowscore competition software, not in the app. To manage your account data — including access, correction, or deletion requests — please use the competition software directly, or contact privacy@lyra-sports.com.

Legal basis: Contract performance — login is required to access personalised competition data.

Competition & participation data

For users who are registered participants, the app displays data associated with their account:

Competition schedule entries
Role assignments (e.g. athlete, judge, volunteer)
Results and scores visible to the user

This data originates from competition organisers and federation partners via the competition software. Lyra Sports processes this data under data processing agreements (DPAs) with those organisations.

Legal basis: Contract performance — this is the core purpose of the app.

Usage & diagnostic data

To improve the app’s usability and diagnose technical issues, Lyra Sports passively collects the following data via PostHog session recording:

Screen interactions (taps, navigation flows)
Session recordings — sensitive input fields are masked and are never transmitted
Device metadata (OS version, screen size, app version)
Crash and error data

Legal basis: Legitimate interest for UX improvement and debugging.

Retention: Session recording and diagnostic data is retained for 30 days. Aggregate usage statistics, which do not identify individual users, are retained indefinitely.
